This proceeding comes before this Court pursuant to the recommendation of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance, that Mark Ishee, a justice court judge in District Two of Jasper County, be issued a public reprimand and a $5,600.00 fine. The Commission found that Ishee intentionally and willfully violated Canon 7A(3) of the Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct. The Commissions recommendation is now before this Court for review pursuant to Rule 10 of the Rules of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance. Feeling aggrieved of the Commissions findings, Ishee assigns as error the following:
